Andrew (Andy) A. Campbell, age 70, of La Crosse, Formerly of Melrose, died Tuesday January 6, 2015 at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center. He was born in La Crosse on March 27, 1944 to Ellsworth and Evelyn Campbell. He married Darlene Smith on May 29, 1964 in La Crosse.

He enjoyed being with his family, hunting, fishing, scrapping, and visiting with friends. He last worked at ORC and Harters Quick Cleanup.

Andy is survived by his wife Darlene (Smith) Campbell, his daughters; Ruth (Rick) Heller of Black River Falls, Iris Campbell of La Crosse, and Diane (Jon) Williams of La Crosse; one son, Bryan (Faustina) Campbell of Sparta, 6 grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters; Bonnie (Ronald) Arentz of La Crosse, Judith Church of West Salem, Edith (John) Loging of Ettrick, Sharon (Marvin) Mattison of La Crosse, and Sandra (Craig) Hatke of La Crosse; brothers John (Mary) Campbell of Holmen, Bill Campbell of La Crosse, and La Vern (Debbie) Campbell of Onalaska.

He was preceded in death by his mother Evelyn R. Campbell and Father Ellsworth E. Campbell, his brother Donald Campbell, Brother-in-law David Church, and his sister-in-law Dorothy Campbell.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Blaschke & Schneider Funeral Home, 1501 West Ave. So., La Crosse, WI. Rev. Karen Bankes will officiate with burial to be held in the Onalaska Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
