  Greene of Sparta, Wis., and three brothers; Roger (Jean) Knudtson of Onalaska, Wis., Wayne (Clarice) Knudtson of Holmen, Wis., and Leslie (Barb) Knudtson of Holmen, Wis., and one brother-in-law; Roy Gamoke of Holmen, Wis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one granddaughter Hillary, two sisters Beverly Pederson and Diane Gamoke, one brother Calvin, two brothers in infancy Wendell and Carl, one step brother Merlin Bock and his mother and father-in-law Ben and May Potaracke.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 21, 2013, in St. James the Less Catholic Church, 1032 Caledonia St. La Crosse, Wis. Rev. Robert Schaller will officiate with military rites by French Island Post 417 American Legion, with burial to be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, La Crosse, Wis. Family and friends may call from 9:00 AM until the time of Mass in the Church on Tuesday. A funeral luncheon will be held at the Campbell Community Center following the Cemetery Services.
