Bob, Carol, Amy, Justin and Family, I hope you are at Peace now with your Moms passing. She touched many many lives. You should be very proud of your Mom for she accomplished great things while on this earth. I enjoyed seeing her and spending time when I came to town and we had many belly aching laughs, she will be greatly missed! So sorry for your loss

My deepest sympathy to the Schmidt family and all of Arlene's friends. Arlene was an exceptional person, so hard working and the absolute best sense of humor! I can thank her for getting me started in my successful Real Estate career 31 years ago! She sold me my first house and then had me get my real estate license. I learned a lot from her not only about the real estate business but life in general. I will miss her too as we stayed in touch over the years. RIP Arlene.

ARLENE, I will miss you very much and all those wonderful Raspberry pies I always got for my birthday, and all the fun Norbert and Larry and you and I had on our mystery trips, and our cruises with the Otts and others. I'm so happy I got the call to come and visit you during hospice at Brookdale. That was a gift never enjoyed by Larry during his time in hospice as they were never allowed in to be a part of his journey.. we had some good laughs those last few days... My heart goes out to Bob , Glen and Carol and extended family. What a wonderful mother, grandmother , mother in-law and role model Arlene was. She had work ethics not seen much any more.. Love to you all... Look out Norbert..Here she comes... Sandy Denison

My condolences to all the Schmidt family and relatives. My late parents (Paul and Bea Meir, Circus Bar) were good friends with Arlene and Norbert for ages it seems. I met them several times when the four of them would get together in Lacrosse or out here in the Phoenix area and always enjoyed their company.

Arlene was such a wonderful lady with the most beautiful smile and such grace. She made everyone who entered Schmidtys feel welcome and she was always so kind to my children when they were young when we first moved there and then my grandson when he was born. I have witnessed how wonderful she was as a mother and grandmother and I’m sure she will go on being happy with the rest of her family in heaven. Bless that lovely lady!
