Elaine was born on August 7th, 1940, in Hokah, Minn., to Chuck & Adeline (Hanson) Shawley. Elaine worked as a caregiver at St. Joseph Nursing Home for many years and continued being a compassionate and loving caregiver till her death. She loved spending time baking, gardening and playing bingo and the slot machines. She was always a lucky person when it came to gambling. Elaine loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
