My deepest sympathies to Arlene and family. I will miss my friend Paul with all my heart. The memory of his smile, whit, song, and friendship will reside in my heart forever. I imagine he's regaling the virtues of trout fishing with the Henryville Special with the Lord as I type type these words. Paul will be missed by many. My most sincere condolences.

My condolences to Arlene and the family; and to Paul's brother John, with whom I had the pleasure of conversation on a few occasions. May God grant Paul the reward of his generous and genuine faith, and consolation to Arlene and family.

Arlene and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Paul was a very special person - kind, compassionate, intelligent, and with a ready sense of humor. He leaves us with many good memories that I hope will bring you comfort in all the days to come. With deepest sympathy, Toni Asher

Dear Arlene and family of Paul, please accept my sympathy and prayers at the sad passing of Paul. It is a great loss for all of you but we know he is no longer in pain and is at peace in the hands of the Lord, which gives you comfort. Knowing Paul through his active part at the Cathedral, he was always there to help with various projects, even the rummage sales that you Arlene, took such a great role in. He was your “right hand man”! He was so modest in his history as a social worker administrator, I never became aware of his great work. What a gifted guy he was! His many interests made him a good conversationalist. Arlene, you had a good man with a happy life for many years. I pray that your many Wonderful memories will see you through this period of grief along with the company of your large family. Prayerfully, Marilyn Finn

I was one of the young members of the County Board from 1980-86. Paul was always a 'class act' when I met him. I thought he was one of the very best county officials. And as a veteran, I want to thank Paul for his military service. My sympathy to the family for a great guy!
