Adam Mitchell Lenser was born on March 16, 1995, to Robert and Ruth Lenser in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He died unexpectedly at his home in Madison, Wisconsin, on September 2, 2020. He is survived by his parents, his brothers Sam, Barry, and Jacob of La Crosse, his brother Alex (Allie Smith) of Washington, D.C., and his sister, Katie (Travis) Herold of Stoddard. He is also survived by his nieces Taylor, Avery, and Kendall, and his nephew, Andrew. He leaves behind many treasured friends, co-workers, and his special friend, Jessie Burke.
Adam was a graduate of Mt. Calvary Lutheran School, Central High School, and Western Technical College, where he not only did well in his studies but was also an award-winning volunteer. After graduation, Adam moved to Madison to work as a bio-medical technician for Agiliti, a medical equipment supplier. He excelled in his profession and was a blessing to those in his field.
Adam was a redeemed child of God through his faith in Christ Jesus, his Lord and Savior. He demonstrated the fruits of his faith daily. He was kind, caring, joyous, and giving to his family and anyone with whom he crossed paths. Adam always had time for other people. He never ran out of love.
We are comforted in our temporary loss of Adam by the firm knowledge that he is in heaven with family and his Lord. Though we are grieving deeply, we know Adam is now full of inexpressible joy as he experiences the full love of his heavenly Father. We look forward to the glorious reunion we will have with him in the life to come.
