Fern E. Koelbl, 91, of La Crosse, beloved wife, mom, grandma, great grandma, sister, aunt, and friend, died on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, in St. Joseph’s Rehabilitation Center, La Crosse, Wis. She was born on March 12, 1921, to Lloyd and Myrtle (Bechtel) Miller in La Crosse, Wis. She married Frank H. Koelbl Oct. 28, 1939, in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, La Crosse, Wis.
