Norman Melcher, jr

Norman "Rusty" Melcher, Jr. age 57, of La Crosse, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026 at his residence. He was born in Michigan March 9, 1968, the son of Joyce and Norman Melcher, Sr.

Rusty was an incredible breakfast cook for over 10 years at Kramer's Bar & Grill. He also worked many years at the Guest House Motel and earlier at various other restaurants in the La Crosse area.

Rusty enjoyed his time playing golf with friends and spending time with his sister, Cheryl, and her family.

He was known for his stupid hot sauce recipe, his love of the Green Bay Packers and the Michigan Wolverines and Miller Lite.

Celebration of Life for Rusty will occur at a later date.
