William R. Wagner

William Bill R. Wagner, age 39, of La Crosse, died Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in his home. He was born in La Crosse, on July 7, 1975 to Rollin and Cheryl (Neumann) Wagner.

Bill’s interests included spending time and having fun with his daughter Caroline, doing anything outside, boating, and he had recently just bought his dream Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He was overall a very funny, jolly and personable person to everyone he met.

He is survived by his parents, daughter Caroline; one sister Lana Steele of La Crosse; two brothers Michael Steele of La Crosse and Jeffrey Steele of La Crosse, and many nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert and Joyce Neumann, and his uncle Rodney Neumann.
